Overview:
The F&B Server provides table service to all food and beverage outlets at the hotel. Although service steps may differ slightly depending on the center, the philosophy behind the service remains the same, as do the values of the organization.
Primary tasks:
- On a daily basis, Servers report to the F&B Floor Manager on Duty
- Ensure their section is set up for service prior to the beginning of their shift, as per instructions from the F&B MOD
- Provides table service to the section/table(s) assigned to them by the F&B MOD during their shift
- Thorough knowledge of the food and drink menus so they can provide suggestions, upsell and information on ingredients
- Works collaboratively with the rest of the front-of-house team to provide seamless service to all patrons of the property.
- Servers can be assigned to work in any of the revenue centers
- The Counter Bar
- The Dining Room & Terrace
- The Garden
- The Parlour
- The Library
Qualifications:
