Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual with access to a truck to transport, set up, and take down our community event booth at various events throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
This flexible, part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys community involoement, working independently, and representing a local business at public events.
Responsibilities
- Transport event tent, tables, promotional materials, and supplies to and from community events.
- Set up and take down the N orwood Dental event booth.
- Ensure booth materials are organized and well-maintained.
- Assist team members during event setup and teardown.
- Coordinate event logistics with the Norwood Dental team.
- Occasionally remain on-site to provide support during events.
Qualifications
- Must own or have regular access to a truck capable of transporting event equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform moving, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
This role is vital for ensuring successful event execution through efficient transport and setup operations. We value team players who are committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is negotiable.
Pay: $15.29-$25.53 per hour
