SphereWay Immigration is seeking a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our growing team on a commission-based basis. We are looking for a knowledgeable, ethical, and self-motivated professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their Canadian immigration goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable Canadian immigration pathways.
- Conduct client consultations and provide accurate immigration advice.
- Only Review the prepared applications, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.
- Manage client files from initial consultation through final decision.
- Keep clients informed throughout the immigration process.
- Stay up to date with Canadian immigration laws, regulations, policies, and program changes.
- Maintain accurate case notes and client records using secure systems.
- Ensure all services are delivered ethically and in compliance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative team to provide an excellent client experience.
- Contribute to business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Valid RCIC licence in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Experience handling Canadian immigration applications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including:
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
- Family Sponsorship
- Study Permits
- Work Permits
- Visitor Visas
- Permanent Residence pathways
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files.
- Professional, ethical, client-focused approach.
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
