The job requirements:
As a Warehouse Associate you may be asked to perform various tasks to include:
- Receive shipments and count stock accurately
- Pack and label boxes to ensure we meet customer's expectations
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Pick products for orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and/or order pickers safely.
- Work under deadlines to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Sort and segregate products as needed.
- Load and unload trailers by hand when required.
- Utilize electric pallet jacks and pallet wrapping machines effectively.
- Perform tasks at heights, including loading and unloading heavy items using an order picker.
- Stock shelves
- Use wireless scanners and operate computers efficiently.
- Navigate the warehouse on foot and stand for long hours.
- Assist all warehouse departments as needed.
- Adapt to various warehouse tasks and positions as required.
- Perform repetitive tasks as necessary.
- Solve problems with finesse and work independently without constant supervision.
- Blend into any work requirement that may arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check
- Standing and/or walking during the duration of a shift
- Lifting and moving products up to 50lbs
- Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists
- Ability to Speak, Read and Write in English
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail
- Experience operating forklifts and/or order pickers.
- Familiarity with wireless scanners and computer operations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
