PMC Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Service Estimator to support our growing service department. This position plays a key role in turning field recommendations into approved work by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating projects, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from estimate to completion. Working closely with our technicians, Service Managers, suppliers, and customers, you'll help deliver exceptional service while keeping projects organized and on schedule

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial HVAC experience is a strong asset.
- Experience estimating mechanical or construction work is an asset.
- Ability to interpret technician notes, mechanical drawings, and equipment information.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with service management or ERP software is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotations for commercial HVAC service repairs, replacements, and small projects using information provided by technicians.
- Review technician recommendations and request additional information when required.
- Source materials and obtain supplier pricing.
- Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and communicate with customers.
- Create work orders once customer approval or purchase orders are received.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Schedule work with the dispatch team and Service Managers.
- Monitor project progress and assist with customer communication.
- Maintain accurate job documentation within our service management software

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
