Brandt is currently seeking a Warehouse Person for our Customer Service Center (CSC). The Warehouse Person is responsible for inventory control and the accurate handling of parts within the warehouse environment. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of parts to support departmental operations and customer needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Collaborate with parts department and customer service staff to achieve fill rate targets.
- Accurately pick and pack parts according to issued pick lists.
- Complete all required documentation for receiving and shipping orders in compliance with established guidelines.
- Ensure inventory is properly located and updated in the ERP system.
- Inspect outgoing shipments during the loading process to identify and prevent damage.
- Load trucks with inventory and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts as required to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manually handle all good, steel and products as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working under minimal supervision.
- Experience operating forklifts and related equipment.
