Overview
Mediscope is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer & Logistics Coordinator to support our pharmaceutical distribution operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, tracking, and delivering pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and customer deliveries. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles for pickups and deliveries are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Pick and pack pharmaceutical orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product descriptions, lot numbers, expiry dates, and quantities.
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect products for accuracy and condition.
- Put away inventory according to established procedures.
- Maintain organized storage locations and warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
Tracking & Logistics
- Track inbound and outbound shipments using internal systems and carrier platforms.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of product movements, deliveries, and returns.
- Coordinate courier, freight, and local delivery activities.
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or delivery issues.
- Ensure chain-of-custody documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with temperature-monitoring and shipment-tracking requirements as required.
Transportation & Deliveries
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver pharmaceutical products within Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload products safely and securely.
- Obtain delivery confirmations and required signatures.
- Follow all transportation, security, and handling procedures for pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Compliance & Quality
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality procedures.
- Adhere to Health Canada, workplace safety, and security requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and regulated products.
- Report deviations, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using computers, scanners, and tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, courier, or distribution experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers and delivery routing.

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
