**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cannabis retail store. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and must have previous cannabis experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions, deposits, and maintain accurate records of daily sales
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and objectives
**Qualifications:**
- Proven cannabis experience in sales management and retail operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
- Experience in conducting interviews and managing payroll
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
