Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting clients in the execution of their projects and for planning the necessary actions to ensure client satisfaction and project success. The Project Manager's work is carried out in close collaboration with the estimation, installation, and accounts receivable departments.

Responsibilities
- Support clients in the execution of their projects;
- Plan the necessary actions to ensure client satisfaction and project success;
- Attend construction site meetings and coordinate with the client to establish the project schedule;
- Manage your time and priorities effectively to meet project deadlines;
- Coordinate technical documentation between ARJ and the client with moderate to high complexity and understanding;
- Ensure all necessary and up-to-date documentation is obtained for the production of shop drawings and project implementation;
- Follow up on shop drawings;
- Analyze and interpret shop drawings upon return from the architect, in collaboration with a senior project manager;
- Handle and coordinate project changes (SI, CCN, CO, CD, etc.);
- Process contractor change requests;
- Support the accounts receivable department in collecting problematic files;
- Assume any other responsibility and perform any other tasks related to the position.
Requirements
- DEC in Architectural Technology or Administrative Techniques, or DEP in Mechanical or Building Drafting, or studies in Engineering (required);
- 3-5 years of experience in organizations within the commercial, industrial, or institutional construction sectors (required);
- Experience in a similar position within an SME in the distribution sector;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required);
- Functional bilingualism (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
