About the Role
Mid Town Ford Quick Lane is seeking a motivated and reliable Quick Lane Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in the automotive service industry. Previous experience is an asset but not required. We are committed to supporting the right candidate through training and development.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Mount, balance, and install tires
- Conduct basic maintenance services including fluid top-ups, wiper blade replacements, and filter inspections
- Accurately document vehicle service records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide a professional and courteous experience for every customer
Qualifications
- A valid driver's licence is required
- Previous automotive service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
