We are looking for a Parts and Inventory Coordinator to support our GSE team at the Montreal Airport. The successful candidate will be an energetic, positive, professional, and self-motivated individual providing exceptional operational support.

Roles and Responsabilities
- Responsible for all parts ordering
- Responsible for inventory control
- Assisting the GSE Manager with work orders administration
- Assisting the GSE Manager with the GSE equipment inventory
- Validate the orders upon their arrival
- Verify the billing of orders and confirm their information
- Insure the expedition and reception of parts
- Keep the workspace in order
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be bilingual (english and french)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary
