Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional service, and helping clients find their ideal new home. The Sales Consultant will handle marketing and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences regarding new homes
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting features and benefits of available homes
- Assist clients throughout the sales process, including answering questions, providing information, and addressing concerns
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and closing details to facilitate successful sales agreements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote available properties
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities using organizational tools
- Collaborate with construction teams, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to nurture relationships and close sales
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to enhance sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred; administrative experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional demeanor
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and appointments efficiently
- Marketing knowledge to develop outreach strategies that attract new buyers
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Property management or real estate background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
