THE MISSION
Fitness Avenue is one of Canada’s leading fitness equipment retailers. We are scaling our Amazon channel and looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of day-to-day performance, profitability, and growth.
This is not a passive maintenance role. You’ll be improving listings, optimizing advertising, solving operational issues, and helping turn Amazon into an even stronger revenue channel.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You will lead the daily execution of our Amazon Seller Central business, working closely with leadership. Success in this role is measured by Growth, Operational Excellence, and Profitability.
Amazon Advertising (PPC)
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Conduct search term mining, negative keyword management, bid optimization, and budget control
- Improve TACoS / ACoS while supporting revenue growth
Listing Performance & Catalog Management
- Optimize titles, bullets, images, keywords, and conversion rates
- Manage backend catalog details including flat files, attributes, variations, and category setup
- Improve ranking, visibility, and listing quality
Account Health & Operational Cleanup
- Resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variation issues, and policy-related flags
- Maintain a clean, compliant, well-organized Amazon account
FBA Inventory Management
- Coordinate replenishment from warehouse to FBA
- Prevent stockouts on priority SKUs
- Reduce aging or excess inventory
Reporting & Execution
- Deliver clear weekly reporting on performance, wins, risks, and next steps
- Maintain organized workflows, priorities, and measurable progress
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with the ability to solve real account issues efficiently
- Analytical and data-driven, using testing and reporting to improve performance
- Organized, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement
- Reliable, self-directed, and ready to work from our North York office
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
- 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central end-to-end
- Experience with Helium 10 or similar tools
- Strong PPC campaign management experience
- Experience with FBA inventory and replenishment workflows
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Walmart Marketplace experience
- Experience with heavy / oversized products

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
