Blueforce Logistics is seeking an experienced, qualified CWB Welder to join our team for a contract position with one of our premier manufacturing clients in .

Key Responsibilities
- Production Welding: Weld all products according to weld drawings, ensuring full compliance with CWB standards and safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor parts inventory in your assigned work area to ensure materials meet production requirements.
- Efficiency: Achieve and maintain required productivity levels, efficiency targets, and utilization rates.
- Safety First: Adhere strictly to all corporate Safety and Health Standards, including proper PPE usage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- CWB Certification: Active CWB qualification card (GMAW/MIG process preferred).
- Experience: 2 years of professional MIG welding experience on structural steel or heavy production lines.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and accurately interpret weld drawings and symbols.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard hand and power tools used in metal fabrication.
- Core Skills: Strong math skills, excellent spatial reasoning, and basic literacy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Hourly Compensation: $28.00 per hour (LOA available for travellers)
- Travel Support: Fully covered travel to and from the job site.
- Accommodations: Safe, clean, and comfortable lodging is fully provided for the duration of the contract.
