Carevo Auto Solutions is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Compensation:
100% Commission – Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of automotive finance experience in a dealership environment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with online customers and leads, build rapport, and guide them through the vehicle purchase and financing process
- Work closely with lenders and clients to secure financing solutions that best fit each customer’s needs
- Process finance approvals and funding packages accurately and efficiently
- Present financing, warranty, protection, and vehicle care options that enhance the customer experience
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for vehicle deliveries
- Maintain strong communication with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Assist with managerial and operational duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven background in automotive sales and finance
- Strong understanding of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending solutions
- Ability to read and interpret credit bureau reports
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer experience driven
- Comfortable working with digital communication tools and online customers
