Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining animals living and play areas
- Supervising the pups at play
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in our care
- Shovelling snow in the winter months
- Pressure washing in the summer months
- General facility cleaning, upkeep, and yard maintenance such as raking, mowing the lawn ect.
What We're Looking For
An individual who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with animals
- Is patient, confident, and comfortable around multiple dogs at once varying in size and temperament
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Is reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn
- Doesn't mind getting dirty or working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have availability for evening, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. John's, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
