What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and our quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with daily prep and station setup before service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Help train and support new team members when needed.
- Adapt to menu changes and accommodate special requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- A strong understanding of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- The ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support your team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
