Lead Service Crew Member – Exteriors
Everflow Eaves & Exteriors Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Service Crew Member to join our growing team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
For over 20 years, Everflow has been a trusted exterior contractor, working with leading residential home builders throughout Regina & Saskatoon and the surrounding area. We're looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As a Lead Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for leading a service crew while completing a variety of exterior installation and repair projects. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while maintaining excellent communication with management and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a service crew on residential job sites
- Install, repair, and service:
- Vinyl siding
- Soffit & fascia
- Eavestroughs and downspouts
- Cladding
- Hardie® fiber cement products
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or service issues
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate job progress, scheduling updates, and site issues with management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Train and mentor crew members as required
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience in exterior installation and service work
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
- A valid Class 5 driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- The ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
