We are looking for someone with a diverse skillset. Experience/background in equipment rental preferred. Prior experience in the duties as listed a definite asset. Some general knowledge/experience in bookkeeping tasks, invoice entry.
This is a fulltime position. Monday thru Friday, 8-4:30
Duties will encompass:
· Equipment rentals dispatch (rental of modular office trailers)
· Receiving sales order (for our industrial man door division)
· Purchasing assistant (parts for our modular trailer manufacturing division)
· A/P Invoice data entry and reconciliation of same.
Other general duties to include but not limited to telephone and customer reception, manage general email inbox and assist/direct incoming deliveries.
Skills:
· Strong communication both verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational and time management, able to prioritize tasks.
· Proficiency in computer software, Microsoft Office Suite, Sage Pro 50, Excel.
· Capacity to multitask and problem solve effectively.
· Accuracy and attention to detail

We are a locally owned company with a skidded modular trailer rental fleet of over one hundred units. We manufacture skidded modular trailers for companies throughout Canada. We manufacture industrial doors for companies throughout North America.

We are located just south of Blackfalds. This job needs someone who can work with little supervision and is self motivated.
