We are seeking to hire a Project Control Officer with experience in banking and infrastructure environments to support the delivery of technology initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and data center domains. The successful candidate will work closely with senior PMs, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud migrations, network upgrades, server deployments, data center initiatives)
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, network, and application teams
Maintain project artifacts such as schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and financial tracking
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution
Facilitate project meetings (stand-ups, status updates, stakeholder reviews) and document key outcomes
Assist with change management processes (CAB coordination, approvals, implementation tracking)
Ensure adherence to banking governance, compliance, and audit requirements
Support vendor coordination and track deliverables against project timelines
Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership on project health and milestones
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in senior project coordination/project control officer roles
Experience within banking or financial services environments
Exposure to infrastructure projects (network, servers, cloud, or data center)
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, risk, reporting)
Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar
Familiarity with change management (CAB) and ITIL processes
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
Experience:
- IT project management: 4 years (preferred)
- Infrastructure projects: 4 years (preferred)
