Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day paperwork and office tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling basic accounting and communication tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to clients/customers as required
- Assist with purchase order (PO) creation and processing
- Enter and manage data in QuickBooks
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Organize and maintain records and documents
- Provide overall support with office paperwork
Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
