Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graffiti Removal Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for graffiti and tag removal, exterior building cleaning, soft washing, and pressure washing services. Experience with painting and surface restoration is considered a strong asset. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a professional image on every job site.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Remove graffiti and tags from exterior building surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods, tools, and solutions
- Perform exterior building cleaning using a variety of techniques, including soft washing and pressure washing
- Operate pressure washing, soft washing, and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Assess surfaces and determine the safest and most effective cleaning method
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Work at heights using ladders and elevated work platforms when required
- Drive company vehicles and tow trailers as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and job site
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season
- Follow all company safety procedures, standards, and site regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in graffiti removal, exterior building cleaning, or pressure washing is an asset
- Experience with soft washing, painting, or surface restoration is considered an asset
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and solid communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
- Availability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends when required
Pay: $25 per hour.
