Position Overview
This role is ideal for a confident and passionate stylist who takes pride in precision cutting, styling, and delivering an outstanding client experience. This is a dedicated cutting and styling position — all colour services are handled by our experienced colour specialists, allowing you to focus entirely on your cutting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert haircuts for women, men, and children with precision and consistency
- Perform professional blowouts and styling services
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual preferences and style goals
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of salon experience
- Strong haircutting and styling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced salon environment
