We are currently seeking a full-time DZ or AZ Fuel Driver to join our Oshawa team.
Job Description
- Safely deliver petroleum products to residential and commercial customers.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing Upper Canada Fuel & Burner.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any equipment concerns.
- Operate manual transmission fuel delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable transportation and petroleum handling requirements.
- Transfer trucks and equipment between company locations as required.
- Safely load petroleum products at company terminals when required.
- AZ drivers may be required to pull a pup trailer following company training.
- Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 3–4 weeks.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Fuel delivery experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Flexibility required when terminal loading schedules or operational demands require adjustments.
- Participation in the on-call rotation is required.
Compensation
- $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on licence class and experience
- Quarterly Safety Bonus opportunity (up to $2,000 annually)

Key Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class DZ or AZ driver's licence in good standing.
- Clean driver's abstract required.
- Comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles.
- AZ drivers must be able to pull a pup trailer following training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and safely handle hoses, equipment, and truck components.
- Strong safety mindset, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong customer service standards.
