Lifetime Design and Fabrication specializes in high-end architectural metalwork for custom homes across the Lower Mainland. We work closely with designers, architects, and builders to produce one-of-a-kind pieces that demand real craftsmanship.
We're hiring a skilled Fabricator/Installer to join our small, tight-knit team in Richmond, BC.
You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. We are not able to sponsor work permits or visas. Local candidates only, please do not apply if you are not currently based in the Lower Mainland.
What You'll Do
Perform MIG, TIG, and aluminum spool welding. Fabricate and assemble custom metalwork to tight tolerances. Read and interpret technical drawings to execute creative builds. Assist with on-site installations across the Lower Mainland. Contribute to shop organization and team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hands-on fabrication and welding experience in a production or custom shop setting. Strong fit if you've worked on architectural, structural, or decorative metal. Ability to read shop drawings independently. Experience with layout, power tools, and general metalworking equipment. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. A portfolio or examples of past work is a strong asset.
