We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance creative design work with client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
· Prepare, edit, and finalize client artwork for print (digital and offset)
· Ensure print files meet pre-press requirements (resolution, bleed, color mode)
· Collaborate with clients to refine designs and provide creative solutions
Customer Service
· Act as primary contact for clients (phone, email, in-person)
· Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on project status
· Liaise with production to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
· Resolve client inquiries and issues professionally
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a B-2-B environment preferably within the commercial printing, marketing and direct mail industry
· Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Experience in commercial printing, digital/offset, is a strong asset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
· Comfort and knowledge of working with print and finishing equipment

Schedule
