Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial services, dealership operations, and customer relationship management. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, optimizing sales processes, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of financing and leasing options for customers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable loan terms
- Assist customers in understanding financing options, terms, and payment plans with a focus on excellent customer service
- Negotiate deals with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to support vehicle sales through effective financing solutions
- Review credit applications and analyze financial data using strong math skills to assess risk and eligibility
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and lending practices
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management review and strategic planning
- Conduct training sessions for staff on finance products, negotiation techniques, and customer service best practices
Experience
- Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership industry is preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, and customer service roles
- Strong background in dealership operations or automotive finance management is highly desirable
- Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Familiarity with dealership software systems and financial regulations is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building trustful customer relationships
This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the dealership’s financial success while providing outstanding service to our valued customers.
Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
