What you'll do
- Work inbound sub-prime auto finance leads the moment they land no cold-call grind
- Qualify customers, structure deals, and get approvals across our lender network
- Own the call: build rapport, overcome objections, and close
- Keep your pipeline tight and follow up relentlessly
- Hit (and beat) monthly funding targets

Who we're looking for
- A driven, motivated closer who's hungry to earn
- Strong phone presence you can hold a room (or a call) and move people to "yes"
- Experience in auto finance, F&I, sub-prime lending, or high-volume phone sales (a big plus, not a deal-breaker for the right hustler)
- Comfortable with a fast pace and a lead volume that never stops
- Self-motivated, coachable, and money-driven
Compensation
