ProSpark Cleaning is a fast-growing professional cleaning company providing residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who want to earn based on performance with unlimited income potential.
What You’ll Do
● Generate new clients for residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services.
● Visit local businesses, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and residential neighbourhoods.
● Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and facility managers.
● Schedule on-site estimates for our cleaning team.
● Follow up with leads and close new accounts.
● Represent the ProSpark Cleaning brand with professionalism.
Compensation
100% Commission Based
● High commission paid on every new client you bring to ProSpark Cleaning.
● Unlimited earning potential.

● No income cap.
Requirements
● Strong communication and people skills.
● Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
● Comfortable with door-to-door sales, networking, and prospecting.
● Reliable transportation is preferred.
● Sales experience is an asset but not required—we provide training.
● Legally eligible to work in Canada.
