Your Responsibilities
- Create accurate, insurance-compliant estimates
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and insurance partners throughout the repair process
- Coordinate repair scheduling with the production team
- Manage supplements and additional repair authorizations
- Ensure all repair documentation, photos, and estimate uploads are complete and compliant
- Review invoices, parts pricing, and vendor information for accuracy
- Maintain detailed communication notes and file documentation
- Participate in daily production meetings and monthly team meetings
- Support quality control and final vehicle delivery
- Help maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and fleet accounts
- Ensure customers are informed about timelines, costs, and repair status every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in collision repair estimating preferred
- Experience with Body Shop Connect and Mitchell estimating systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a professional shop environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable handling estimates, supplements, insurance procedures, and customer communication
- Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
