Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centres is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience in the industry. We provide the finest full service car wash and auto detailing services in Edmonton, Calgary and Kelowna. We pride ourselves in offering the greatest in both quality and customer service.
Bubbles is seeking to add to our team, a Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working with & serving people. You will play a key role in providing our valued customers, accurate knowledge and in-depth information of all services available.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales/service; Automotive or car wash industry highly preferred
- Flexible availability; willing to work weekends (We operate Monday to Sunday)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to locations
Responsibilities
- Greet arriving customers on the lot
- Assess customers vehicle and recommend services based on condition of the vehicle, customers’ needs and expectations
- Coordinate and work with management & other team members to ensure positive work flow
- Ability to professionally deliver exceptional customer service
- Confident, with effective communication skills
- Sense of diplomacy; negotiation and conflict resolution
- Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
