About the Opportunity
Douglas Repair Group (DRG) is expanding into Red Deer with a renewed and re-branded collision centre, and we’re searching for a top-performing Collision Estimator who’s ready for the next step. This role has a clear path to future manager roles, backed by DRG’s growth-focused culture and multi-store leadership team.

What You’ll Do
- Write accurate, customer-focused estimates using modern estimating platforms
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance partners, and technicians
- Manage repairs through the full cycle with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with production to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead with professionalism and help build DRG’s expanding Red Deer team
- Support the store’s operational rhythm as you grow into leadership responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of collision estimating or appraisal experience
- Strong understanding of repair processes, OEM procedures, and supplements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- I-CAR training or certification is an asset
- Leadership interest — someone who wants to grow into a key role at our new location
