Precision Land Solutions operates one of the largest and most diverse fleets of agricultural drainage equipment in Western Canada. Our equipment is the backbone of our operation, and we're looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technician who takes pride in keeping it performing at its best.

What You'll Be Working On
No two days are the same.
You'll inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a diverse fleet that includes:
- Excavators
- Tractors
- Scrapers
- Bulldozers
- Backhoes
- Semi tractors and trailers
- Agricultural equipment
- Specialized drainage equipment
- Hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems
- Equipment includes Bron Tile Plows, John Deere tractors, KTec Scapers, Caterpillar Excavators, and so much more!
Your work will include:
- Preventative maintenance
- Mechanical diagnostics
- Hydraulic troubleshooting
- Engine, drivetrain and undercarriage repairs
- Welding and fabrication as required
- Working with our operations team to minimize downtime during the construction season
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems—not just replacing parts.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Heavy Duty Equipment Technician experience
- Agricultural equipment experience considered an asset
- Red Seal/Journeyperson certification (preferred)
- Apprentices are encouraged to apply
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Pride in producing quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence
