Full-Time Shop Helper
MVR Mechanical Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Shop Helper to join our team.
We take pride in operating a clean, organized, and professional shop. Our mechanics work best when they have a safe, well-maintained workspace, and we're looking for someone who shares that same pride in their work.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Reliable and dependable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting, cleaning, and performing general shop duties
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of our 4–5 shop bays
- Restocking shop supplies
- Organizing, cleaning, and putting away inventory in the parts room
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment throughout the day
- Outdoor property maintenance, including:
- Lawn mowing
- Snow removal
- General yard maintenance
- Picking up and returning parts throughout Grande Prairie and the surrounding area as required
- Assisting with other general shop duties as needed
