We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the 2026 summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who have an appreciation for fashion and jewelry, enjoy sales, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various tasks throughout the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and promptly.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing returns and exchanges while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and change distribution.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that may benefit customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique floor, ensuring products are well-merchandised and displayed attractively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and jewelry materials.
