Under the responsibility of the Customer Service and Internal Sales Director, the incumbent acts as a resource person and supports the sales team. More specifically, the incumbent is responsible for
Process customer orders and enter data into the computer system.
Follow up on orders and confirm them with customers.
Prepare return authorization requests for defective merchandise and process replacement
orders.
Respond to the various requests from internal customers by carrying out information
searches as needed.
Provide support to representatives on the road and manufacturers' agents.
Answer various technical questions from sales representatives on the road and from
customers.
Provide exemplary customer service; issue bids and follow up on the various projects.
Keep the various CRM tables up to date (quotes, opportunities, contacts).
If necessary, receive orders from customers, enter items into the computer system and
follow up on these orders with the various departments.
Perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his duties.
