Nova Auto Centre Ltd is a growing used car dealership in Saskatoon looking for a motivated, organized, and driven Salesperson to join our team full-time.
Position: Full-Time Salesperson
Location: 635 Circle Dr East, Saskatoon, SK
Wage: Based on experience plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain features
- Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Complete all required paperwork including Bill of Sale, financing applications, trade-in forms, and related documents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory
- Take clear vehicle photos and assist with online postings (Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, CarGurus, etc.)
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Ensure sold and unsold vehicles are properly tagged and keys are organized
- Keep the showroom and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of financing, trade-ins, and vehicle paperwork is an advantage
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for CRM systems, online listings, and documentation
