Role Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the full performance of the clinic. This includes revenue growth, team leadership, client experience, and operational execution.
This is not a passive management role. You are accountable for results.
You will lead from the front, drive sales, build a strong team culture, and ensure the clinic runs at a high level every day.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Performance & Growth
- Own revenue, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Set and execute weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and internal referrals
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and take action quickly
Sales Leadership
- Lead by example on the floor and with clients
- Build a strong sales culture across the team
- Monitor conversion, retention, and average spend
- Coach team members to consistently improve results
Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day clinic operations including front desk, scheduling, service flow, and cleanliness
- Ensure consistency in service delivery, treatment protocols, and client experience
- Maintain strong inventory control and cost management
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and accountability
- Address issues directly and maintain a high standard across the team
- Keep morale high while maintaining performance expectations
Client Experience
- Ensure every client interaction meets brand standards
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Continuously improve retention and satisfaction
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all medical and operational protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, retail, or a service-based business
- Strong track record of hitting revenue and performance targets
- Comfortable in a sales-driven environment
- Experience managing teams, schedules, and operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required
Preferred:
- Experience in aesthetics or medical clinics
- Understanding of skin treatments, products, or body contouring services
- Background in health, wellness, or a related field
