Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety practices are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Familiarity with food industry standards, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
