Bartender / Server – Slams Club
We are looking for a reliable, energetic Bartender / Server to join our team in Rosetown. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can multitask well, and takes pride in customer service and cleanliness.
What we’re looking for:
- Bartending and serving experience preferred
- Ability to make common cocktails, Caesars, highballs, shots, beer pours, etc.
- Friendly and professional customer service
- Strong multitasking skills during busy periods
- Comfortable with a position that requires a lot of walking and being on your feet
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must help maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, washrooms, and front of house
- Ability to handle cash/POS systems responsibly
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks professionally and efficiently
- Prepare common drinks and shots accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Restock bar and assist with opening/closing duties
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Communicate well with kitchen and team members during rushes
Compensation:
$15.50–$16/hour + tips depending on experience.
Performance and wage reviews available after probation period.
