Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and walk-in inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation as needed
- Support event setups or special guest needs when required
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
