About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our growing team. You will serve customers a variety of OAKBERRY products while creating a fun, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a welcoming, positive attitude
- Follow food safety procedures and best practices at all times (FOODSAFE)
- Handle customer questions and concerns knowledgeably
- Prepare acaí, fruits, and toppings for day-to-day operations
- Meet the 2-minute turnaround time for all OAKBERRY products
- Prep and package mobile orders
- Process customer orders and payments
- Clean and sanitize work areas, customer areas, and equipment
- Maintain stock in all areas of the store
- Build knowledge of all OAKBERRY products including pricing, nutrition, and toppings
- Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude — required
- FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, cashier, or sales experience (an asset, not required)
Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
