This isn’t fine dining—and it’s not your average short-order job. Benny’s is a 50’s-style, high-volume diner where we cook from scratch, plate with precision, and keep the kitchen moving. If you’re fast, focused, and take pride in clean, consistent work—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble dishes from fresh, prepped ingredients
- Follow plating guides and portion standards
- Use Rational ovens (training provided)
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
- Stay in sync with the team—urgency is everything
