Summer Student Position – Grounds Maintenance
We are looking to hire a reliable and hardworking high school student for a seasonal summer position at a local cemetery.
Duties include:
- Grass trimming using a gas-powered trimmer
- Leveling and edging memorials
- Garbage and grounds clean-up
- General maintenance tasks
- Helping around the office as needed
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Wage: $16.00 per hour
- Duration: Employment runs until the end of August
- Note: Hours may be reduced or cancelled on rainy days due to weather conditions.
Applicants should be dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and be comfortable using basic lawn maintenance equipment. Training will be provided.
