Position Overview
Our dealership is seeking a motivated Korean‑speaking, Tagalog‑speaking, or Vietnamese‑speaking Car Sales Consultant to support our growing multicultural customer base.
As demand from Korean, Filipino, and Vietnamese communities continues to rise, we are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively in these languages while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in and online customers (Korean/Tagalog/Vietnamese/English)
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain financing, leasing, warranty, and protection options
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally
- Maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Stay updated on inventory, incentives, and promotions
- Support showroom and vehicle display standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean, Tagalog, or Vietnamese, with strong English communication
- Automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Goal‑oriented and comfortable in a performance‑driven environment

Pay: $34,400.00-$112,959.35 per year
