Overview:
We are currently seeking a housekeeper to join our team. As a hosuekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and fold linens and towels
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Proficient in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
