GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager, Accounting & Finance Operations is a newly created senior role within the CCC Finance team, designed to strengthen the organization's accounting foundation and operational controls at a pivotal moment in CCC's growth. You will own the Accounting & Controllership pillar — including financial integrity, internal controls, reconciliations, month-end close, and AP oversight — while providing functional leadership of Revenue Cycle.
This is a high-impact role offering significant scope to shape process, governance, and team capability, with meaningful visibility across the Finance function and the broader organization.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Accounting & Month-End Close
Lead and coordinate the full month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all general ledger accounts. Oversee key balance sheet reconciliations, review and approve journal entries, maintain accounting procedure documentation, and support internal audit preparation. Serve as the key CCC point of contact for CCF Corporate Accounting, Capital Accounting, and ICE teams.
Internal Controls & Compliance
Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal controls framework within the accounting function. Strengthen segregation of duties, document workflows and standard operating procedures, identify control gaps, and drive corrective action. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial governance practices and ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Revenue Cycle Functional Oversight
Provide functional leadership over Revenue Cycle activities, with accountability for billing accuracy, accounts receivable performance, and resolution of billing discrepancies. Coordinate with the Operational RCM Lead and RCM Analysts to ensure consistent workflow execution. Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to strengthen revenue integrity, and support transition planning related to system or operational changes impacting billing processes.
Financial Reporting Support
Support preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring the accuracy of underlying accounting data. Contribute to variance analysis, provide accounting insights to the Manager, Financial Analysis & Reporting, and assist in validating financial information used in leadership and SLT reporting.
Payroll Backup
Serve as the secondary coverage for payroll processing, and partner with the Manager, Payroll, Tax & Treasury to develop and maintain documented payroll procedures.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide day-to-day functional leadership to accounting and revenue cycle team members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance. Model operational discipline and accountability while fostering strong cross-pillar relationships across the Finance team.
Process Improvement
Lead documentation of current workflows and establish formal process standards. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline accounting and RCM processes. Support automation and efficiency initiatives, and continuously evaluate processes to reduce risk, eliminate waste, and improve timeliness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
