What You’ll Do
This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage position. We’re looking for a “doing” leader—someone who leads from the front and drives results every day.
- Own the business: Set the vision, build the strategy, and lead execution
- Drive sales growth: Expand existing accounts and win new business through active business development
- Increase market share: Capture more of the customer wallet and strengthen your presence in the HVAC-R market
- Lead from the front: Be visible, engaged, and actively involved in customers, sales, and operations
- Build and inspire your team: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing, accountable team
- Deliver financial performance: Manage full P&L, analyze results, and take action to improve profitability and efficiency
- Strengthen relationships: Build lasting partnerships with customers, vendors, and the local community
- Create a winning culture: Foster accountability, collaboration, energy, and pride in results
- Ensure safety & operational excellence: Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience with full P&L responsibility (5+ years)
- A strong sales mindset with a track record of growing revenue and profitability
- A natural ability to build relationships—with teams, customers, and partners
- Experience in wholesale/distribution (HVAC-R is an asset)
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach—you don’t just lead, you execute
- Post-secondary education (college or university)
- Valid driver’s license
