We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Construction Labourer with 2–3 years of construction experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor coating systems, concrete sealing, surface preparation, and general construction work. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of floor coating systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and other specialty coatings.
- Perform concrete sealing, crack repairs, surface preparation, grinding, and related restoration work.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow project specifications and company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, concrete restoration, floor coatings, sealing, or related trades.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Safety Certifications
Preference will be given to candidates holding current certifications such as:
- WHMIS
- Working at Heights
- Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
