Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will support food preparation and service by managing dishwashing duties and assisting kitchen staff as needed. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff.
- Support food safety protocols by ensuring proper sanitation and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen work area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Ensure all dishware and kitchen tools are organized and ready for use during service hours.
Skills
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food handling procedures.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary.

Pay: $16.60 per hour
